Welcome to our ‘on line’ entry form for the 2012 season
Entry fees: The following entry fee / package apply:
the Road Sportives entrance fee is £27 for both Standard (40 – 50mile) and Classic (80 – 100mile) courses
if you take part in the discounted ‘weekend ticket’ (Road Sportive and the MTB Marathon) a discount applies, the price is only £47 rather than £59. We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: approx 100 mile Sportive; Sunday: approx 100km Marathon) but you can always downgrade when you sign on at registration
The entry fee includes:
Ride entry, free after ride coffee / tea & cakes, free usage of service stations, free usage of all facilities, free skills and riding tuitions (provided by CycleActive), finishing present, free camping from Friday to Monday and free parking.
Entries to all events will be handled on a first come first served basis. Entries are limited – if any spaces are still available, entry at the event is possible but will be subject to a £5 surcharge. Make sure you enter now to save yourself some money and keep the hassle on the day and queuing time at registration to a minimum.
ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.
How to enter: Below you will find two different ways to enter the Vitus Road Sportives and / or the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon Series 2012.
You can download an entry form here >> As there are three road sportives, five different mountain bike marathons, two ELBNO events, and ‘weekend tickets’ in the 2012 calendar, it might need a little bit of explaining. For that reason we would advise everybody to download and print off the whole entry form as it gives you all the information you need. Please fill the form in and send it together with your cheque (made payable to John Lloyd Racing Ltd) to the address below:

Once we have received both we will send you confirmation by email or post.
You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility. Simply click on the online entry buttons below and follow the instructions on screen. You can pay with credit or debit cards. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems please email: info@roadsportives.co.uk.
Weekend tickets: On the online entry you will find the discounted ‘weekend tickets’:
The ‘weekend ticket’ at Llandovery, Marshbrook and Selkirk entitles you to the Road Sportive (Saturday), and the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon (Sunday). We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: approx 50 or 100mile Sportive; Sunday: approx 100km).
If you are using the entry form you also get the discount but you will have the chance to specify what distances you would like to do by ticking the appropriate box. Please follow the instructions on the entry forms regarding payment for the ‘weekend ticket’.

Declaration: I hereby apply to participate in any one or more of the 2012 non-competitive Vitus Road Sportive(s) and / or Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon Series powered by Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport event(s). I accept and agree that neither the Organisers, nor their agent, Officials, the Landowner, Sponsors and fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to me or to my party that may occur during, in connection with, or as a result of taking part in the event(s). I understand to abide by the rules of the promoter. I agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk and that I am of sound mind and body, that I will ride within my capabilities and that the cycle I will ride in the event is in good working order and properly maintained.
If you are entering the Junior (16 - 17yrs old) or the ‘Youth’ (12 - 15yrs old) category please make sure that your Parent / Guardian reads and gives their full consent to your participation in any of the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon / Road Sportive 2011 events. Also please have your Parent / Guardian with you when you sign on at the events and make sure that they accompany you on the ride / marathon.
We will not be held responsible if you ignore these simple guidelines.

PLEASE NOTE: When entering online you can make multiple entries for friends and family. However, we will contact you before each event to establish the names of the individual riders taking part. The email confirmation / invoice you receive beforehand will only confirm the number of riders paid for.
Cancellation policy: The entry fee is non-refundable but entries can be transferred to a different person or to an alternative Vitus Road Sportive event in 2012. For details, email: info@roadsportives.co.uk.
Please note that your start numbers will be given out at the registration desk at each event.

Entry on the day: If there are day entry places available (please keep your eyes on the CRC MTB Marathon website - www.mtb-marathon.co.uk then you can enter at the event. There is a £5 surcharge.
